search youtube, there are videos of people covering it while zoomed in on their keyboard. Should be enough of a boost for ya.

Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that I'm not dead and I have acquired a keyboard. I've never played keyboard before but I am trying to figure the song out by ear. For anyone who wants to know how to play it, I have a method of tabbing not sure if it will work with everyone though, possibly only keyboards.

So on with the tabbing.

Just a note first:

If I put a - between two numbers that means a chord by holding down those two keys.

So if the piano starts from the left side of the keys where the drum symbols are, is a number. Starting at 36 for the standard 61 key (incl. flats/sharps) and finishing on 96. Each key is indicated by a number and so the keys to hit go as follows read along.

58-73 70 65 66 63 70 61

Thats all I have figured out so far but I will keep you all posted on my progress. Anyone know what the second chord is? Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah as I said I have no clue about theory so I'm trying to do it in a way that will be for people who are borderline retard in music theory like myself. So if at the moment you can't understand the tab, you really need a keyboard. As soon as I have completed the song I will try and convert it into real written music or something.

EDIT: I'm sorting out a video for youtube so when its up I will post the link on here! Should be better quality than the other video to!

Lol yeah, i'm trying to sort out the sig!

Here it goes, when the key doesnt sound right I think its an octave higher (my understanding of an octave being 5 flat keys). LOL. I will make a note of where it is different, its really hard to show. Try the video if you're unsure.

Bb-Db
Bb
F
Gb
Db
Eb
Bb
Db
Ab
Eb
Bb
Db
Db?
Db (one octave? [five keys flat keys] higher than the last)
Db
Eb (one octave? [five keys flat keys] higher than the last)
Gb
Gb (Same octave this time so the same note just twice)
Db
F
F (Same octave this time so the same note just twice)
Gb
Ab

Thats as far as I have got, its ruff as I say and I hope you can understand it a little bit better.
