I just came across this interview MuchMusic did with Dallas Green. There's also a contest for the chance see City & Colour in concert in Toronto! ...Except I don't know what all the answers are to the questions are:

Well i kno his knuckles say true on one and love on the other but as for his guitar and fav singer youd have to look those up

Well tried to find the artist thing for ya but i couldnt find it. I know he said somewhere maybe i some past interveiws on much or somthing on youtube? oried but if you find out please post it im kinda intrested myself

I've seen Dallas play everything from a Shecter Tempest to a Gibson SG. I'm pretty sure now though he plays a hollow body, I think it's a gibson double-cut hollow-body of some sort. If you went online to gibson.com or something you'd probably be able to find it.

As for his favorite artist - Jeff Buckley.

yea its a gibson double cutaway hollow body - im pretty sure its discontinued though
