Oh, lol. I was working on the UK tour.
JEALOUS!!! *sigh*
I'd love to be able to get into doing something like that...
but I don't think I'd get the job because I'm too, I wouldn't say obsessed.. but something similar to that, with Dallas. haha. I'd just stand there staring at him and not getting any work done.

I would love to, but I can't. The only 5 mods/admins are the 5 people who started the group. I've been asked by lots of people if they could be one of the two, but the 5 of us agreed when the group was made that it would only be us 5.
See, we were in the other group... City and Colour and other great works of Dallas Green.. or whatever that facebook group is called.. but the guy who made it wouldn't make anyone an admin.. and he doesn't keep it updated whatsoever.. so the 5 people who talked the most in that group decided we'd make our own and leave his.. so we did and alas.. that is how Dallas Green/City and Colour.. the facebook group came to be =) I hope you understand... it's not just me trying to be mean and bitchy.

hahahaha. I know what you mean, although at first, even though i've met him before, I was too....shy to talk to him - I practicaly avoided him on the first day of the tour, which makes me feel so stupid. ahahaha. And it's not because it was Dallas Green....the man himself. But it was because I loved his music so much, and it meant to much, It was quite intimidating. Does that make sense?
But after I had a conversation with him on the second date, I didn't get phased at all...you know?

Ya I get what you are saying... but I don't think I'd be like that at all. I have awesome things to say in my head before I meet him, but as soon as it's my turn to talk to him.. I just lose everything and scrap the bottom of the barrel trying to think of things to say. haha. One time I thanked him for playing and song and told him it made me cry and he was like 'oh you don't need to cry!' and I wa slike.. oh I know but it's so beautiful I couldn't help it. lol.. talk about awkward. Then at the Vic show.. he was wearing that red plaid shirt that I just love so much.. well I wanted to tell him I wanted a picture with the shirt.. but that just sounded kinda creepy.. so I just stood there and smiled for a picture... and then I felt stupid because I had just gotten a picture the night before.... so now I'm the crazy weird girl who gets two pictures in two days.

What did you do on the tour? And how did you get into it?

What did you do on the tour? And how did you get into it?

On the odd occasion I speak to a guy who works at hassle records. So, I just asked him if there was anything that I could do/help with.
I didn't do much really. Just help set up the venues with chairs/stick up posters/lug boxes around.

Ha. You don't seem crazy.
There was one guy who was stalking me around Manchester and kept asking me who I was and if he could me Dal and kept telling me how attractive Dal was and how much he wanted to lick his beard......
Then there were girls in Portsmouth who starting slagging me off and giving me attitude everytime I was sent to get food/drinks, whilst asking me who I was and arguing with each other who liked Dal more. (The same girls were constantly shouting out during the set 'what would you do if I got my tits out' and 'I want you inside me' (which, sorry. Made me laugh at how disgustingly embarassed I felt for them. It was just vile. Plus, they were 14...eww)

I think he'd prefer a girl who wanted a picture 2 nights in a row than THAT

lol, a few people yelled out "You're Hot"/"I love you" and he just replied with, "Come on" or "There's no need for that kind of talk" or something it was funny.

I love when he's like.. "Come on now.." I mean I don't like that people are yelling shit at him.. when they KNOW it's going to make him feel uncomfortable.. and they continue to do it. But just the way he says it. haha.

He was great about all that. You could tell he was tired though, what a great guy. I got hugs both nights. It was so cute at the Vancouver show, when I went up to him he stuck out his arms and was like Hey Trace! (which is my name) I just about died right there. I mean I kept my cool but later walking to the car with my friends I had a freak out and jumped up and down and danced around the street. I knew he knew my name from before, back in Oct 06 (even then i didn't tell him my name.. thank you myspace haha) when I met him, but I hadn't talked to him since then, so the fact that he remembered my name made me feel so happy and so special.
Where did he come out at? Inside the venue or outside?
I'm dying to meet him. Haha.
