Hey I am new to this site, but have loved Dallas's music for a while now. Like everyone else in the U.S. I want to see him live so bad, I almost drove 9 hours to Canada to see the folk fest. Anyone think he will come to the U.S. eventually?

He's done many shows in the U.S with Alexis and Im pretty sure hes done a lot of shows with C&C in the States too he will probably tour around there again after hes new CD

Yea luckily I have gotten to see Alexis 3 times now so at least they tour a lot in the states. I know he was on a tour with Dashboard but I live in Pennsylvania and he didn't come anywhere near there so I missed out.

ohh that sucks man well hes getting very popular now i mean he has 4 shows here in Toronto, Canada and they are all selling out so id say after the new album he will probably tour the states more but to be honest i don't know if he will go to Pennsylvania.

Ok, so this is my 1st post, but I love how many ppl love City & Colour!!! But anway yeah I've seen Alexisonfire once in Orlando (hometown) and I wish C&C would have made an appearance. I really REALLY hope he comes to Florida when he tours... hopefully he makes it that far south but yeah. FLORIDA hurray!

to be honest - i wouldn't expect him to do so. because you have to keep in mind city and colour is merely a side project. the time when he isnt either recording, touring, or writing with alexisonfire is spent on either writing, touring, recording with city and colour, and the amount of time alotted for city and colour is very small for him to be able to make rounds of canada are very fortunate to happen this is why he doesn't seem to tour much. i know a canadian tour is ready for when is album is to be relased - but it wont be long before alexis' album is released after his own. Bring Me Your Love is set for sometime in February I beleive, where as Alexis when done touring if they haven't already should be writing and releasing an album sometime next summer leaving time for dallas to tour to promote his own album to a low.

My point is - don't expect him to be coming to the States let alone your own town anytime soon, although i wouldn't be surprised if he made a few stops down there. also keep in mind this will be his first album released down there so the foloowing should be rather small and not enough in order to demand that of a tour and/or shows.

Well since Dallas signed with Vagrant, an American label, I am really hoping he will have time to do a tour. Ideally for me he could just play before or after Alexis's set, and if I am going to get greedy I could just throw Moneen in there too to top it off.

That's what he is doing for the soundwave festival in Australia. Both Alexisonfire and City and Colour are playing....now i just gotta find someone to go with ha.
