wasn't the designer, miner, didn't he originally offer free custom designs? because it seems he no longer does.

Who was it by? I really like the artwork in each of the corners of the page. Very nice.

no i just meant - didn't he formerly create forum styles for free. because he now has a fee which is fairly hefty.
