Default Part-time Jobs

I just wanted to see if anybody has ever held a kind of odd part-time job. I'm not talking about fast food jobs or something very common.

I ask because I just got a part-time job making gift baskets in a warehouse. Any similar experiences?

The oddest job I've done for money was picking chestnuts. Or rather, picking up chestnuts. They have a spiky covering on the outside and I swear those spikes get everywhere! No matter what kind of gloves or shoes we wore, we ended up with these splintered all through our hands and feet. Won't do that again unless we are starving!

At one point, I actually worked at the National Buffalo Museum. That's probably the weirdest job I've had.

How are you liking making gift baskets? That sounds like fun. I worked in retail, but that was it.

I think making gift baskets would be a fun part time job. My weirdest one would have to be working at the local petstore.

I'm liking the basket making. It's interesting, and actually kind of fun. I am learning a lot about color coordination and ribbon tying, that's for sure. I was never really that great at tying things before, but I'm learning.
