I hear that. I've been digging the alternative rock stuff from the 80s a lot lately. Especially Dinosaur Jr. mmmm J. Mascis.

Yes totally love Dinosaur espicially the first record, Forget The Swan is incredible. I forgot to put The Smiths obv. I grew up on early skate videos so I was used to hearing new/obscure bands that no one else heard. Wow, I'm old.

Whatever, I would give a leg to have experienced things like that.

I'm mostly a metal head, anything loud and angry makes me happy. I grew up on old school rock like Queen but I've gradually gotten into heavier stuff over the years. My favourite band is Metallica and always will be, I've been following them 12 years straight and show no signs of getting over it. I worship Kirk Hammett far more than is healthy for me.

Other than that I'm pretty easy going except when it comes to Indie which to me is rock music with all the fun, life and personality taken out of it and makes me want to gouge out my own eyes. And anything like techno/ club music, I dont understand it and can't think of any reason for it to exist.

Currently I'm listening to lots of Rise Against, Alkaline Trio and Frank Turner (he is wonderful and I wish to stroke him) and will be trotting off to the Leeds festival to see Metallica again and Rage mostly and of course AOF.

Worst band I ever saw live were Fightstar, I was sitting through them waiting for Alexis at GIAN last April, may I never have to experience anything so dull again!

On the American iTunes store, it only has the Widows EP =/ I was able to download Marriage and The Curve Of The Earth elsewhere though Now I love Attack In Black.
